Fully on-site role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Product & Design team.


You’ll take ownership of the design of a key product area, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other teams to create simple, user-friendly digital experiences.


What you’ll be doing
*Lead the design process from research and ideas through to final delivery
*Create wireframes, prototypes and UI designs using Figma
*Carry out user research and usability testing
*Use customer feedback and data to improve products
*Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
*Help shape product roadmaps and new features
*Make sure designs are accessible and easy to use
*Contribute to and improve our design system
*Support and mentor other designers
*Explore how AI can be used to improve the customer experience


What we’re looking for
*Strong experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer
*Excellent UI and visual design skills
*Strong experience with Figma
*Experience with user research and usability testing
*Good understanding of accessibility and WCAG
*Experience working in an agile, cross-functional team
*Comfortable using data and customer insight to make design decisions
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Experience mentoring other designers
*A good understanding of how digital products are built
*An interest in AI and emerging technology
