This is a new strategic hire created by growth, offering high-quality work, genuine progression and a clear pathway towards senior leadership.
The Role
You’ll advise SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and growth companies across a varied corporate caseload, including:
*M&A, acquisitions and disposals
*Share and business sales
*Corporate restructuring and governance
*Shareholder and investment agreements
*Commercial contracts
*Strategic business advisory
*Client relationship management
*Supporting junior lawyers and team development
You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape the continued growth of the Corporate team.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
*3+ PQE with strong corporate and/or commercial experience
*Commercially minded with excellent client skills
*Looking for a long-term career opportunity with progression
