We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy finance team based in Southport on an initial 3-month temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
This is an immediate-start opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience managing their own ledger.
The Role:
*Managing an allocated sales ledger
*Proactively chasing outstanding payments
*Maintaining accurate customer accounts
*Allocating and reconciling payments
*Dealing with account queries and resolving issues promptly
*Building strong relationships with customers
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties
About You:
*Previous Credit Control experience is essential
*Confident managing your own ledger
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Comfortable working to deadlines and targets
*A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
