Description
*Manage and coordinate night operations to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods.
*Lead and supervise the night team, providing guidance and support where needed.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during night shifts.
*Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
*Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
*Address and resolve any issues or disruptions that arise during the night shift.
*Oversee inventory management and stock control processes during night operations.
*Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained and ready for use.
Profile
A successful Lead Night Manager should have:
*Proven experience in managing teams within a retail or distribution environment.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
*A thorough understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace.
*Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
*Excellent communication and leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team.
Job Offer
*A salary ranging from £42,000 to £50,000 dependent on the level of experience.
*An additional annual premium of £5,000 for night shifts.
