Full job descriptionProject Support Officer / Coordinator - Hybrid - 6month initial contract - £300 p/d
Our Client a leading National retailer are looking for a project support officer to join their people team.
You’ll coordinate projects, track progress, manage governance, support key HR initiatives, and ensure meetings, events, and operational activities run smoothly.
This is a great opportunity to break into the PMO / Project support space and suited to a highly motivated individual for a interest in HR.
Key responsibilities:
*Coordinate and track People Plan projects and activities
*Manage governance, reporting, actions, and risks
*Support leadership meetings, town halls, and events
*Provide proactive PA support, including diary management
*Organise travel, expenses, invoices, and budget tracking
*Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in project support, PMO, coordination, or executive support roles
*Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
*Confident using Microsoft Office and Teams
