We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Assistant to join a busy and growing organisation in Salisbury on a week-by-week temporary basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales support experience who is available to start immediately.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
*Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
*Support customers with product, delivery, and order enquiries.
*Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
*Maintain accurate records on company systems.
*Assist the sales team with administrative and customer support duties.
*Manage customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales Support, Internal Sales, or Account Support role.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
*Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
*Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.
Desirable Experience:
*Experience within the medical devices, medical consumables, medical components, healthcare, or technical manufacturing sectors.
*Experience supporting B2B customers.
*Order processing and account administration experience.
