Our client is currently looking to recruit within their Compliance department. Working for a well-established and highly respected organisation, this opportunity offers excellent exposure to compliance and client due diligence processes, with the potential to develop into a permanent position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
*Conducting online research and background checks on prospective and existing clients.
*Using a variety of research tools and databases to identify relevant parties and gather key information.
*Reviewing and analysing information, identifying any discrepancies or risk factors, and escalating where appropriate.
*Supporting client onboarding processes by preparing and maintaining accurate documentation.
*Ensuring high-risk elements are clearly identified, evidenced, and recorded in line with company procedures.
*Working closely with internal teams to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
*Supporting the delivery of ad hoc projects and taking ownership of specific research assignments.
*Providing clear and accurate information to support project teams in understanding their clients.
*Escalating findings, concerns, and compliance-related issues to management when required.
*Assisting colleagues and responding to queries within a collaborative team environment.
About You
*Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
*Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
*Confidence working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
*A professional and collaborative approach to teamwork.
Working Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:15pm
£14.11 per hour, plus holiday pay
