We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist academy in the Barnsley area that supports pupils with a range of additional needs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive school on a flexible supply basis, with part-time hours available.

The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support students within the classroom and around the school
*Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
*Assist with learning activities and interventions
*Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
*Help create a safe, engaging and supportive learning environment
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
*A patient, resilient and caring approach
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
*Flexibility to work on a supply basis
