Full job descriptionWe’ve got an excellent role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s team based in North London, this is a great opportunity if you’re looking to avoid commuting to Central London, be part of a rapidly growing building services provider!


As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee the PPM and reactive maintenance of M&E systems on site, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, oversee site logbooks, contractors and deal with client requests.


Requirements for this role include level 3 minimum in electrical installations / engineering and at least 3 years experience within commercial building services.


Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:


*Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
*Working on single & three-phase power systems
*Motors and generators (including on/off load testing)
*UPS systems
*Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
*HVAC systems
*Pumps, belts, bearings, mechanical seals
*BMS operation
*Maintaining logbooks and site documentation


Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:


*City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance
*Career-driven and motivated individual
*Professional, polite, and personable approach
*Live within commutable distance to Tottenham


Salary and Package:


*£45,000 - £50,000
*Private health care provided
