Are you an experienced Roofer looking for a long-term opportunity within a professional property maintenance team?We are seeking a skilled Roofer to deliver high-quality roofing repairs and maintenance services across residential properties. This is a varied role offering stability, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to make a real difference to customers and local communities.
The Role
As a Roofer, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of roofing repairs and maintenance works across domestic properties while delivering exceptional customer service and high standards of workmanship. You will work across a regional area and play a key role in ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
*Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance on a variety of domestic properties.
*Completing repairs to roof coverings, tiles, and associated roofing elements.
*Undertaking mortar-based roofing repairs and remedial works.
*Carrying out general building repairs linked to roofing works.
*Working from specifications, reports, and job documentation.
*Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining positive resident relationships.
*Working closely with supervisors and schedulers to meet deadlines and service targets.
*Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while protecting customers’ homes and belongings.

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
*NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent roofing qualification.
*Proven experience carrying out roofing repairs within domestic properties.
*Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
*Experience undertaking general building or multi-skilled maintenance works.
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
