Full job descriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary – Commercial Property based in Leicester for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Secretary – Commercial Property role
Salary: Up to £30,000
Location: Leicester
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Responsibilities of the Secretary – Commercial Property
* Document management
* Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and correspondence
* Audio typing
* File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters
*General administration support
Requirements for a successful Secretary – Commercial Property
*Strong document management skills
*Confidence in formatting documents
*Good attention to detail
*Strong organisational skills and time management abilities
*Strong typing skills
