Salary: £13.00 per hour
We’re looking for a friendly and personable Receptionist to join a busy team on an ad hoc temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and staff, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a warm, professional welcome. Cover is needed on various weekday and weekend dates, so this role would suit someone with flexible availability.
Key Responsibilities
*Greet and welcome visitors, staff, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
*Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
*Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
*Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception area at all times
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Punctual, reliable, and flexible to cover ad hoc weekday and weekend dates
