This is a varied role offering the opportunity to deliver a full range of occupational health services across a diverse client base.
The position combines health surveillance, immunisations, phlebotomy, and case management, with a primary focus on health surveillance, providing a hands-on and rewarding workload.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver health surveillance programmes, including HAVS, audiometry, and spirometry.
*Carry out immunisations and phlebotomy in line with current clinical standards.
*Manage occupational health case referrals, including sickness absence, fitness for work, and return-to-work assessments.
*Promote health and wellbeing initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of occupational health services.
Skills & Experience*Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
*Previous experience working within an occupational health setting.
*Occupational Health qualification (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent) is desirable.
*Competent in health surveillance, including HAVS, audiometry, and spirometry.
*Experience in immunisations, phlebotomy, and occupational health case management.
