Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a furniture manufacturing company, in the hire of a Production Manager.
As the Production Manager, you will manage a large team, focusing on forward planning and material planning as well as day to day supervision of Production.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Own forward planning and material planning across the site to keep production running to schedule.
*Lead a large team through 4 direct supervisors.
*Monitor performance, quality and output.
*Implement new systems and processes to drive change and improve efficiency.
*Maintain high standards of health and safety across the facility.
*Work closely with other teams to meet customer requirements and installation deadlines.
Production Manager experience required:
*Proven experience managing a production or manufacturing environment.
*Strong material planning and forward planning skills.
*Track record implementing systems and driving change.
*Practical, hands on, improvement focused approach.
*Strong background leading larger teams through supervisory structure.
*Working knowledge of continuous improvement and lean methodologies.

Suited candidates previously hold roles such as: Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Production Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Leader, Manufacturing Supervisor.
