HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturing company in Harlow, Essex.
This Food Production Operative role offers ongoing work, paid breaks, weekly pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing food production environment.
Duties of the Food Production Operative*Packing food products on a fast-paced production line
*Wrapping and preparing products for dispatch
*Working within a food manufacturing environment
*Conducting quality checks on finished products
*Labelling and pelleting products
*Following food hygiene and food safety procedures
*Keeping work areas clean and organised
*Working towards production targets as part of a team
Requirements*Previous experience as a Food Production Operative, Production Operative, Packing Operative, Warehouse Operative or Manufacturing Operative is beneficial
*Experience within food manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
*Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
*Good attention to detail
*Reliable and punctual
*Ability to work effectively within a team
