I am working with a well-established college to recruit a Finance Assistant to support their busy finance team. This is a full-time temporary opportunity with an immediate start, ideal for an experienced administrator or finance professional looking to work within education.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Process purchase orders, invoices, payments, and supplier queries
*Carry out bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
*Support payroll administration and staff expense claims
*Maintain accurate financial records and finance systems
*Liaise with suppliers and assist with month-end reporting
*Support compliance with financial policies and procedures

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
*Previous administration and finance-related experience
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*School or college experience is desirable but not essential
