Full job descriptionA leading UK provider of mechanical and electrical equipment and low-level access solutions.
Supporting the construction, fit-out, mechanical and electrical sectors nationwide.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager to cover the South London territory.
Role Overview*Manage and grow a defined South London territory
*Develop existing customer and key account relationships
*Identify and win new business with subcontractors and construction companies
*Drive hire revenue and maximise customer spend
*Build relationships at both head office and project/site level
*Manage sales pipeline and customer activity through CRM
*Demonstrate products and provide technical, value-led solutions
*Plan and manage customer visits across the territory
Requirements*Proven sales / account management experience
*Ideally from Mechanical & Electrical, construction, equipment hire or a related industry
*Strong business development and networking skills
*Experience winning new business and developing existing accounts
*Confident dealing with decision-makers at all levels
*Strong commercial and negotiation skills
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Highly organised and able to manage your own territory
*Full UK driving licence
*Based in South London
