An established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or qualified CILEx professional to join its team on a fully remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who can confidently manage a residential property caseload while delivering a professional and responsive service to clients.

Key Responsibilities*Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
*Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters
*Reviewing searches, contracts, title documentation and mortgage offers
*Raising and responding to enquiries
*Preparing files for exchange and completion
*Communicating regularly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
*Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements
*Maintaining accurate records and meeting internal compliance standards
Candidate Requirements*Qualified Solicitor or CILEx professional
*Minimum of five years’ post-qualified experience in residential conveyancing
*Demonstrable experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
*Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
*Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
*Client-focused, accurate and commercially aware
Package and Benefits*Salary of £50,000–£55,000, depending on experience
*Fully remote working
*Working hours of 9:30am–6:00pm
*25 days’ annual leave
