The OpportunityA market-leading national insolvency firm is recruiting experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrators, Assistant Managers and Managers to join its expanding team.

Available Positions*Corporate Insolvency Administrator
*Senior Insolvency Administrator
*Corporate Insolvency Assistant Manager
*Corporate Insolvency Manager
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary according to seniority but may include:
*Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases
*Working on CVLs, MVLs, administrations and other corporate procedures
*Progressing cases from appointment through to closure
*Preparing statutory reports, notices and case documentation
*Conducting investigations into company affairs and director conduct
*Liaising with directors, creditors, employees, agents and other stakeholders
*Reviewing proofs of debt and dealing with creditor claims
*Ensuring cases comply with statutory, regulatory and internal requirements
*Maintaining accurate case records and meeting all relevant deadlines
*Supporting and supervising junior colleagues
*Assisting senior team members with complex assignments
*Managing workflow, budgets and case progression at Assistant Manager and Manager level
Skills and Experience*Previous corporate insolvency experience is essential
*Experience managing or supporting a varied caseload
*Good understanding of corporate insolvency procedures
*Strong case-management and organisational skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Confidence dealing with directors, creditors and professional stakeholders
*Ability to work accurately and manage competing deadlines
*Experience using specialist insolvency software would be advantageous
*CPI, ACA, ACCA or other relevant qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential
*Previous supervisory or team-management experience will be required for senior positions
