Full job descriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Internal Sales & Sales Support based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Internal Sales & Sales Support role
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Responsibilities of theInternal Sales & Sales Support
*Respond to customer calls, emails and sales enquiries promptly and professionally
*Prepare accurate quotations
*Coordinate national orders, checking details and monitoring progress through to delivery
*Keep customers informed and resolve queries
*Build strong relationships
*Make proactive customer calls and identify relevant cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Requirements for a successful Internal Sales & Sales Support
*Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales administration, account management or a similar role
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
*Strong attention to detail
*Proactive and keen to learn
