IntroductionOur client is seeking an experienced MIG Welder & Fabricator to join a growing engineering business based in the Tiverton area.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic, friendly team within a company that prides itself on strong values and a genuine family feel.
The majority of the work involves mild steel, so proven fabrication experience in this material is highly desirable.
What We Offer*£35,000-£39,000 salary.
*40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
*Plenty of overtime available.
*Weekday overtime paid at flat rate.
*Saturday overtime paid at time and a half.
*Sunday overtime paid at double time.
*Discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
*Dynamic and friendly working environment.

Key Requirements*Experience with both heavy and light steel fabrication, with the ability to work with mild steel.
*Good understanding of reading engineering drawings.
*MIG and TIG welding experience.
*Ability to work accurately using jigs.
*Competent in fabricating from engineering drawings.
*Experience with sheet metal, mild steel and stainless steel.
*Comfortable working on repetitive tasks.
