*Job Type: Full-time 5 day working week

*Salary: £28K-£30K
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and compliant administration of company sales, purchases, and stock management. This position is crucial in supporting our sales and operations teams by managing all documentation, systems, and processes related to vehicle transactions.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Vehicle Documentation & Compliance*Ensure accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders.
*Maintain compliance with company policies.
*Manage stock invoicing, funding, and delivery documentation.
*Stock Management*Oversee stock records, including new and used inventory.
*Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure stock accuracy.
*Monitor and update systems accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Ability to work independently and within a small team.
*Experience in managing high volumes of transactions.
