Our client is currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing kitchen replacement scheme. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a reputable contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied social housing properties.
Your new role
*First and second fix plumbing on kitchen replacement projects
*Disconnecting and reconnecting sinks, taps, pipework and appliances
*Installing and replacing hot and cold water services
*Carrying out remedial plumbing works where required
*Working alongside kitchen fitters and other trades on site
*Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within programme deadlines
*Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
*Maintaining a clean and professional work environment in tenanted properties
What you’ll need to succeed
*NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
*Valid CSCS Card (preferred)
*Previous experience working within social housing or domestic refurbishment projects
*Full UK Driving Licence
