Location: Oxted, Surrey
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join a modern, forward-thinking law firm based near Oxted, Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a progressive firm that places a strong emphasis on quality of service, professional development and employee wellbeing.
The Role
You will join an established Private Client team and handle a varied caseload, advising clients across a broad range of matters including:
*Wills and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*Trusts
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Inheritance Tax planning
*Court of Protection matters
*General private client advisory work
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a loyal client base and build strong, long-term relationships, whilst playing an important role in the continued growth of the department.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
*3+ years’ PQE within Private Client
*Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*A commercially minded and proactive approach
*The ability to manage your own caseload effectively
*A genuine interest in developing your career within a modern and growing firm
You will be someone who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service and enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
