Job Description:
Full job descriptionLead Construction / CAT A Project Manager

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Benefits
Location: Nationwide / strong presence across the North West
Working style: Roaming - site, office & home
Sector: D&B Interiors / CAT A / Restoration / Listed Buildings
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Ready to lead projects that are anything but ordinary?

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Construction / CAT A Project Manager to join a growing D&B Interiors business and take ownership of some seriously exciting projects across the UK.

This isn’t just another PM role. You’ll be working across a varied portfolio that includes CAT A schemes, restoration projects, listed buildings and larger-value interior projects - so we’re looking for someone who knows their way around complex projects and can confidently take the lead from start to finish.

What’s the role?

Making sure projects happen - safely, smoothly, commercially and to the standard our clients expect.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across a nationwide portfolio, with a strong pipeline of schemes across the North West, and a genuinely flexible, roaming approach to the role.

Your week could involve:
*Leading projects from pre-construction through to completion.
*Managing CAT A, restoration, listed-building and interior fit-out schemes.
*Taking ownership of programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance.
*Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
*Working closely with the wider business to keep projects moving and solve problems before they become problems.
*Moving between site, office and home working, depending on what the project needs.

Who are we looking for?

We’re after an established Project Manager / Construction Manager who has built their career delivering sizeable and complex projects.
Your experience is important here. Scale really matters. We need someone who has genuinely been accountable for projects of significant value and complexity - particularly where restoration, listed buildings, CAT A or larger-scale interiors are involved.
A background with a Tier 1 contractor or established regional contractor would give you the scale of experience we’re looking for.
But experience alone isn’t the whole picture.

This is a client-focused D&B Interiors business, so we’re looking for someone who can balance:
*Strong project leadership
*Commercial awareness
*Client relationships
*Internal collaboration
*Practical construction knowledge
*A positive, solutions-focused attitude
Essentially, we want someone who can run a great project and be a great person to work with.

The ideal fit

If you’ve got the project scale + PM/CM experience + commercial understanding + cultural fit, this could be a fantastic next move.
We’ll match the salary to the experience and value you bring, so if you’ve got the right track record, we’re interested in talking to you.
