Pay: £31,200 equivalent = £15.00 per hour
Contract: On-going
Start: ASAP
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Handyman to support a residential development in Salford on a temporary basis.
This would suit someone local to Salford/Manchester who is available at short notice and is looking for temporary work.
The RoleYou’ll be supporting the site team with general maintenance, repairs and day-to-day tasks around the development. The work will be varied, so we’re looking for someone practical who is happy getting stuck in and can turn their hand to a range of jobs.
Duties may include:
*General handyman and maintenance tasks
*Basic repairs and upkeep around the development
*Minor decorating and making-good
*Moving materials, furniture and equipment when required
*Assisting with the general presentation and upkeep of communal areas
*Reporting any issues or repairs that require specialist attention
*Supporting the wider site team with ad-hoc tasks
About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
*Practical, reliable and hardworking
*Confident carrying out general maintenance and repairs
*Comfortable working independently
*Flexible and happy to tackle a variety of tasks
*Available for temporary work
*Ideally local to Salford or the surrounding area
*Able to start quickly
You don’t need to be a qualified tradesperson for this role, but you should be hands-on and confident with basic maintenance and repair work.
