Lead Analyst - Debt Analytics Midlands 50-80k dependent on level An exciting opportunity for a Lead Analyst to join a growing analytics team focused on portfolio performance, collections strategy, and client insight. *Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
*Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
*Support customer segmentation and portfolio strategy development
*Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
*Collaborate with operational teams to improve portfolio performance
*Mentor and support junior analysts where required
Your Skills & Experience*Strong commercial experience within collections, recoveries, insolvency, credit risk, or portfolio analytics
*Advanced SQL skills
*Experience producing actionable insights from large datasets
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Python experience is advantageous but not essential
