About the Opportunity

Quality. Compliance. Technical. Health & Safety. One varied role.

We’re recruiting for a Technical & Quality Coordinator to join an established and growing business where you’ll play a key role in keeping standards high, supporting compliance and helping the business continually improve.
This is a great opportunity for someone with existing technical, quality or compliance experience who wants a role with genuine variety and the chance to broaden their skill set.

You’ll be involved across the Quality Management System, audits, documentation, non conformances, continuous improvement and technical compliance, alongside providing administrative and coordination support across Health & Safety.

If you’re organised, detail driven and enjoy being the person who makes sure things are done properly, this could be a great next step.

The Role
Working as part of the wider technical and quality function, you’ll help ensure the business continues to meet its required quality, compliance and safety standards.

You’ll be responsible for:
*Play a key role in the day to day administration and development of the site’s quality and compliance framework.
*Take ownership of maintaining accurate technical records, specifications and supporting documentation.
*Collate and check operational quality information, ensuring records are complete, reliable and readily available.
*Help identify, investigate and resolve quality issues, working with colleagues to ensure appropriate follow up actions are implemented.
*Provide practical support before, during and after a range of audits and compliance reviews.
*Coordinate quality checks and exercises designed to test the effectiveness of site procedures and controls.
*Assist with the assessment and ongoing management of materials, suppliers and associated technical requirements.
*Carry out and coordinate routine checks relating to site standards, including hygiene, allergens and environmental controls.
*Support the communication of quality requirements across the wider team, helping colleagues understand and maintain expected standards.
*Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening processes, improving efficiency and raising overall quality standards.
Health & Safety
You’ll also provide practical administration and coordination support across Health & Safety, including:
*Maintaining H&S records, registers and documentation.
*Supporting risk assessment and COSHH administration.
*Coordinating inspections, checks and compliance activity.
*Recording and following up incidents and near misses.
*Supporting H&S audits, training and awareness initiatives.
*Helping ensure actions are followed through and standards are maintained.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, curious and switched on, with a genuine interest in quality, compliance and doing things properly.

You could currently be working as a:
Technical Coordinator | Quality Coordinator | Technical Assistant | QA Coordinator | Quality Assistant | Compliance Coordinator | Technical Administrator

You’ll ideally bring:
*Previous experience within a technical, quality, compliance or manufacturing environment.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Experience working with documentation, data and compliance processes.
*Any Health & Safety administration experience would be a bonus.
*Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
*Confident communication skills and the ability to work with people across the business.
*A proactive attitude and the confidence to take ownership.
*The ambition to develop and broaden your technical and quality experience.

You don’t need to tick every box. If you have a solid quality or technical foundation and are keen to develop, we’d like to hear from you.

What’s On Offer?
*£30,000 - £32,000
*Monday - Friday, full time
*Varied Technical & Quality position
*Health & Safety exposure
*Opportunity to develop your technical career
*Established and growing business
*A role with genuine scope to take ownership and make a difference
