Full job descriptionBusiness Analyst - Cyber Security Compliance - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Reading - Hybrid
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a critical Cyber Security Compliance & Improvement Programme. You’ll work across business, technology and cyber security teams, gathering requirements, analysing processes, identifying gaps, and supporting the delivery of key improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
*Gather and document business and technical requirements.
*Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
*Produce process maps, requirements documentation and status reports.
*Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
*Support governance, reporting and assurance activities.
*Coordinate activities across cyber security, technology and business teams.
Skills & Experience
*Proven Business Analyst experience within cyber security, technology, risk or regulatory programmes.
*Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
*Experience managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
*Experience working in complex, regulated environments.
