4 DAYS A WEEK IN-OFFICE
Harnham are working with a leading analytics and data-driven organisation to recruit a Lead Analyst into their growing team. THE ROLE
As a Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing portfolio performance, uncovering trends, and delivering insights that drive better decision-making. This role combines technical analysis with regular client and stakeholder engagement, making strong communication skills essential.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:
*Analysing portfolio performance and identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks.
*Producing reporting and insight generation to support operational and strategic decisions.
*Presenting findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
*Supporting process optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
*Developing customer segmentation strategies and analytical frameworks.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
*Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
*Experience delivering analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Background in portfolio analytics, collections, insolvency, credit risk, or a related analytical environment.
*Experience using Python would be advantageous.
BENEFITS
The successful Lead Analyst will receive a salary up to 80,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
