Description
*Manage and oversee the company’s financial planning and analysis activities.
*Prepare and present detailed budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
*Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
*Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment and efficiency.
*Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.
*Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities or risks.
*Support the senior management team with financial modelling and ad-hoc analysis.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Profile
A successful Financial Planning and Analysis Manager should have:
*Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
*Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
*A relevant qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
*Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
*Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
