We are currently working with a well-established Further Education College in London that is seeking a Plumbing Lecturer to join its Construction department on a long-term temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging teaching across Plumbing programmes while helping learners develop the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry.
The successful candidate will teach both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based theory, supporting learners from Level 1 through to Level 3.
About the Role*Deliver high-quality Plumbing teaching across Levels 1 to 3
*Plan and prepare engaging lessons, practical activities, and assessments
*Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
*Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
What We’re Looking For*Level 3 qualification in Plumbing
*Relevant industry experience within the Plumbing sector
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Passion for supporting and developing learners
Desirable*Previous teaching, training, or assessing experience
*A recognised teaching qualification
*Experience working within Further Education or apprenticeship delivery
*Knowledge of current industry standards and best practice
