Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Specialist to join a leading organisation with a strong reputation for delivering essential services across the UK.
Working within a collaborative procurement team, you will support the delivery of procurement objectives and sourcing activities, ensuring the organisation continues to achieve value, compliance, and strong supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver sourcing and tendering activities in line with procurement policies and best practice.
*Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
*Manage supplier and contract performance to maximise commercial value.
*Act as a key point of contact for procurement, supplier, and contract-related queries.
*Maintain approved supplier records and ensure supplier compliance requirements are met.
*Support procurement governance and encourage adherence to procurement processes across the business.
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement function.
*Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, supplier records, and audit information.
*Support wider category and procurement activities as required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
*Experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, commercial management, or supplier relationship management.
*Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract management principles.
*Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
*Strong communication and influencing abilities.
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment.
*A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
