We’re working with a high-profile, purpose-led cultural organisation to find an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their People team on an interim basis through to March 2027.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRBP/Senior HRBP who can hit the ground running, build credibility quickly and make an immediate impact.
You’ll partner with senior leaders across a broad client group, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across a busy and varied People agenda.
Typical responsibilities:
*A trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers
*Managing complex Employee Relations cases through to dismissal and appeal
*Coaching and influencing leaders to improve people management capability
*Supporting organisational change and people-focused projects
*Building strong relationships with stakeholders and trade union representatives
*Supporting workforce planning, talent and succession activity
*Using people data to inform decision-making
*Line managing a Junior Business Partner
Ideally you’ll have:
*3–5 years’ HRBP / Senior HRBP experience
*Strong generalist HR and Employee Relations expertise
*Experience managing complex ER cases
*Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Previous people management experience
*Experience supporting change, projects or organisational development
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
*CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
Experience within the charity, cultural, public or Civil Service sectors would be a real advantage, as would experience in a unionised environment.
