Full job description A well-regarded global boutique investment bank is expanding it’s London Healthcare M&A team due to deal flow and growth.
Their Healthcare focus centres on Provider Services, Medical Devices, Pharma Services and Managed Care. Deals are broadly 100-500m.
They are interested in Healthcare M&A professionals (mid-market and large IBs) and also Big 4/Accountancy practice FDD and M&A professionals. Prior Healthcare experience is required.
Responsibilities:
*Involvement in the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities.
*Assisting with preparation of marketing and pitching specific M&A ideas
*Assistance in preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions.
*Conducting industry research
*Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets
*Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.
In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria:
*Possess a high calibre academic profile
*Have a keen interest in specialising in Healthcare and Life Sciences M&A
*You will have accrued prior Healthcare M&A experience - within a mid-market boutique, large IB or a Big 4/Accountancy practice FDD and M&A professionals
*Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills
*High inter-personnel skills to work in/ across multidisciplinary teams and departments as well as with other professional advisers and clients
