Full job descriptionTeaching Assistant - Upper KS2 & SEND | Stockport
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a friendly one-form entry primary school in Stockport. This is a long-term, full-time position starting ASAP, supporting pupils across Upper KS2 with additional SEND responsibilities.
The Role:
*Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP
*Supporting pupils across Upper KS2
*Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND
*Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions where required
*Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
*Helping to promote positive behaviour, engagement and learning
The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous KS2 experience is essential
*Experience supporting pupils with SEND is essential
*Confident supporting learning both independently and as part of a team
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting pupils’ progress
Pay: £95 per day PAYE
