Rotating shifts:
Monday – Thursday
*6:00am – 1:30pm
*1:30pm – 9:30pm
Friday
*6:00am – 12:30pm
*12:30pm – 7:00pm
About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Bonding Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to build a long-term career within production.
The successful candidate will be responsible for laying up panels and bonding jobs ready for the next stage of the manufacturing process. You will work with a variety of materials, ensuring products are assembled accurately and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities*Lay up panels ready for production.
*Bond jobs using a range of materials.
*Prepare products for the next stage of the manufacturing process.
*Follow production specifications and work instructions.
*Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
*Work safely and efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We’re Looking For*Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential.
*Good attention to detail.
*A practical, hands-on approach to work.
*Ability to work as part of a team.
*Reliable with a positive attitude.
*Flexible to work rotating shifts.
