Role Details:
*Location - Gloucester, Gloucestershire
*Salary: £90 - £105 per day (DOE)
*Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)
*Start: ASAP
*Contract: Term Time only

Key Responsibilities of an SEN TA:
*Supporting learners in a classroom environment, on a 1:1 basis, and in targeted intervention groups to support their learning and personal development needs.
*Help with creating a safe and encouraging environment to help the learners you are supporting thrive.
*Assisting with learning and specific interventions to support social and emotional progress.
*Monitoring achievements and helping students reach their full potential inside and outside the classroom.
*Ensuring safeguarding policies are followed at all times.
*Mentor learners so that they are able to express themselves in a safe and controlled way.
Key Qualities Academics Ltd is seeking:
*A caring, patient, and adaptable approach.
*A genuine passion for helping children with SEN succeed.
*Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
*A willingness to learn and take on training opportunities.
*An enhanced DBS check (Or willingness to apply for one).
