Are you an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) / General Nurse (RGN) looking for your next rewarding challenge?
At Oaklandswe’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN) who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and helping individuals achieve positive outcomes on their recovery journey.

About the Role
*Permanent contract
*42 hours per week (working shifts 7:45am - 8:00pm & 7:45pm - 8:00am)
*A varied rota including days, nights and weekends
*Work within a specialist learning disability service
*Be part of a team committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care

Your day-to-day…
*Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing as
sessments & observations
*Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, & improve quality
*Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing
*Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with patients, relatives & other healthcare professionals
*Safe administration of medication as per local and national guidelines
*Provide effective direction and support to junior members of the team
You..
*An experienced RMN/RNLD/RGN with a current Pin Number, you’ll have
Essential:
*The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits & demonstrate integrity in your role
*A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
*A commitment to patient recovery in order to effectively monitor, manage & reduce risk
*Compassion, resilience & a dedication to empower & support service user independence
