Full job descriptionMorgan Hunt is currently recruiting for an experienced Childcare Lecturer to join a well-established college in West Yorkshire on a full-time temporary contract.




Role Details
*Position: Childcare Lecturer (Level 1 & 2)
*Location: West Yorkshire
*Contract: Full-time, Temporary
*Pay Rate: Daily Rate Negotiable






Key Responsibilities
*Deliver engaging and effective Level 1 & 2 Childcare lessons to students of varying abilities.
*Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.
*Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
*Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.
*Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates and supports learners to achieve their potential.






Essential Requirements
*Previous experience teaching level 1 and 2 Childcare in a Further Education college.
*A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).
*A relevant degree or recognised qualification in Maths or a related subject.
*Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners with diverse needs.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
