Are you an experienced finance systems leader ready to drive transformational change? Do you have a track record of implementing finance systems, improving financial processes, and delivering projects that create lasting organisational value?
This is an exciting opportunity to join Plymouth Community Homes and lead the design and implementation of a new finance system while shaping the future of finance reporting, systems, and processes across the organisation.
What you’ll do
*Lead the implementation of a new finance system.
*Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes and reporting.
*Deliver key finance transformation and change projects.
*Develop robust data analysis and reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making.
*Ensure strong financial governance, controls and regulatory compliance.
*Maximise the effectiveness of financial systems to support organisational performance and growth ambitions.
What we’re looking for
*Significant experience leading finance systems and transformation projects.
*Strong technical accounting, systems and regulatory knowledge.
*Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
*Experience working within a complex or regulated environment, ideally housing.
*A proactive, innovative approach to improving systems and processes.
*A values-driven leader who is passionate about making a positive difference.
