Workforce AnalystSalary: £46k + Benefits
Location: 1x a month in Leeds Office - Remote
Type: Permanent Role
The Role:*Lead analytical programmes supporting workforce, pay and reward strategies.
*Develop workforce models and financial forecasting to support business decision-making.
*Create "what-if" scenarios to assess the impact of policy and workforce changes.
*Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
*Produce clear reports, dashboards and analytical outputs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
*Support the development of workforce intelligence, planning and strategic decision-making.
Requirements:*Advanced Excel skills.
*Proven experience analysing large and complex datasets.
*Strong workforce, people, financial or operational analytics experience.
*Experience developing predictive models and scenario analysis.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
What Will Make You Stand Out:*Experience with Python, R, SPSS or similar analytical tools.
*Power BI or other data visualisation experience.
*Previous leadership or line management experience.
*Knowledge of workforce planning, pay, reward or employment-related analytics.
*Experience working with large public sector or healthcare datasets.
*Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
