Join a highly regarded boutique law firm as a Receptionist, becoming the welcoming face of a professional and people-focused business. This permanent opportunity offers a varied role combining front-of-house responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and colleagues alike. Ideal for someone personable, organised and proactive, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values its people and prides itself on delivering outstanding service.

RECEPTIONIST ROLE:
*Managing the reception area and meeting rooms to support the smooth running of the office
*Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner and providing refreshments ahead of meetings
*Dealing with mainline calls and new enquiries
*Carrying out postal duties
*Providing ad hoc administrative support to a team of solicitors, including generating client invoices and recording payments through the legal case management system
*Creating new user accounts and requesting deeds through the Land Registry portal
*Preparing and posting property deeds to clients
*Archiving closed client files using Microsoft Excel
*Replenishing office supplies
*Raising office maintenance queries with suppliers or the Operations Manager
*Liaising with the IT Support team to resolve technical queries
RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIALS:
*Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational, administrative and technical skills
*Minimum 12 months administration experience
*Previous client or corporate-facing experience
*Being resourceful, proactive and applying initiative to problem-solve
*Liaising confidently with clients, third parties and suppliers with professionalism
*Demonstrating strong attention to detail
*Utilising Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel proficiently
*Multi-tasking effectively, handling confidential documents and taking responsibility for managing and prioritising workloads
*Holding A*-C GCSEs and A Levels
