Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Margate that are looking to appoint reliable and enthusiastic KS1 Supply Teachers to support their classrooms on a day-to-day and short-term basis.Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher looking to gain valuable experience in different school settings or an experienced educator seeking a better work-life balance, supply teaching offers a fantastic opportunity to continue making a difference while enjoying greater flexibility.

The Role
As a KS1 Supply Teacher, you’ll provide high-quality classroom cover across Year 1 and Year 2 classes, ensuring pupils remain engaged, supported and on track with their learning.You’ll have the chance to work in a variety of primary schools, develop your teaching experience and build relationships with local school communities, all while choosing assignments that fit around your availability.

We’re Looking for Teachers Who:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it
*Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
*Can quickly adapt to new classroom environments
*Deliver engaging lessons that support pupil progress
*Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
*Bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a positive attitude to every placement
