**Area Class 2 Driver based out of Taunton and covering Bridgwater, Chard, Tiverton, and Minehead**
Our client is a well-respected builders merchant group with branches across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Class 2 multidrop Area Delivery Driver based out of their Taunton branch. This is a full time permanent position; the role includes:
*Providing an efficient, timely and dependable delivery service
*Providing cover for Honiton, Exmouth, Crediton and Tiverton during holidays / periods of absence
*Carrying out appropriate vehicle checks on a routine basis
*Making sure you and your vehicle are always safe and secure
*Keeping your yard clean, tidy and well organised
*Working in the yard and warehouse
*Serving customers
*Supporting your team mates
You don’t need to know about the products or the industry as full training will be provided; all you need is to:
*Have Class 2 (Category C) LGV licence
*Have a Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
*Be a big team player
*Have a really positive attitude
*Be reliable and enthusiastic
*Enjoy talking to lots of different people
