*Location: Sutton, Surrey
*Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Working Available
*Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (Depending on Experience)
Join a well-established, multi-office law firm known for its strong presence across the South East. This firm combines the quality of work often associated with larger regional practices with a supportive and collaborative culture. Due to continued growth within its Property department, an opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join the firm’s successful Sutton office. This role offers a strong referral network, an established client base, and flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
*Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
*Advising on remortgages and transfers of equity.
*Dealing with new build and shared ownership transactions.
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently and proactively.
*Developing and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.
*Supporting departmental growth and business development activities where appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
*Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
*Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.
*Excellent communication and client care skills.
*Organised and proactive approach to managing workloads.
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
