Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days
Pay: £13.17 per hour + £30 per week Trainer Supplement

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Warehouse Operations Trainer to join our MMID Operations team, specifically supporting the Chill employees. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting colleague development, embedding a positive safety culture, and ensuring our teams have the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
As an Operations Trainer, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes new starters into the business, guiding them through their induction journey and helping them settle into their roles. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the operation, delivering engaging training, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement in safety and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver engaging site and business inductions for all new starters.
* Support colleagues through their first 4-6 weeks, providing coaching and guidance to help them succeed.
* Ensure all training records and new starter documentation are completed accurately and maintained.
* Keep training matrices up to date, ensuring colleagues remain compliant and confident in their roles.
* Deliver refresher training and support ongoing development across the Chill operation.
* Promote a strong Health & Safety culture by delivering Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessment training.
* Take part in Safety Sweeps and support regular reviews of Risk Assessments.
* Provide training updates and insights at Health & Safety meetings.
* Support retraining and coaching where required following incident investigations.

You’ll ideally have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience delivering training, coaching, presentations, or mentoring others.
* A positive, approachable, and supportive attitude.
* A good understanding of Health & Safety principles within an operational environment.
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
