We’re looking for a Print & Packing Operative to help produce and fulfil our customer orders.
The role is split between sublimation printing using our heat presses and picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, quality and efficiency are important. Full training on our heat presses and sublimation process will be provided, so previous printing experience isn’t essential.
Key Responsibilities
We require you to complete trial shifts before we add you to the rota, to ensure you are fully trained and competent.
Printing & Production
*Operating heat presses to sublimate designs onto socks
*Correctly positioning socks and printed transfers before pressing
*Following the correct heat-press settings and production processes
*Checking designs, names, images and personalisation against customer orders
*Carrying out quality checks on finished socks
*Identifying printing errors or quality issues before products are packed
*Keeping your printing area clean, organised and safe
Picking & Packing
*Picking the correct products for customer orders
*Matching personalised products to the correct orders
*Folding, presenting and packaging socks to HEXXEE’s standards
*Printing and applying shipping labels
*Preparing completed orders for collection and dispatch
*Checking orders carefully to minimise picking and packing errors
*Helping maintain accurate and organised stock locations
*Supporting the wider warehouse and production team during busy periods
What We’re Looking For


You don’t need previous sublimation or heat-press experience - we’ll provide full training.
We’re looking for someone who is:

*Comfortable working at a good pace
*Accurate and attentive to detail
*Able to follow processes consistently
*Comfortable using basic computers and order-management systems
*Happy carrying out repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality
*Able to work independently as well as part of a team
*Willing to learn and take responsibility for the quality of their work
Experience in printing, production, warehouse operations, picking and packing, e-commerce fulfilment or a similar environment would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
