Responsibilities
As a HR&Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for...
*Preparing and processing the fornightly payroll runs using Sage Payroll
*Preparing the payroll journals
*Liaising with HMRC over PAYE matters, as well as ensuring legal compliance
*Dealing with new starters DBS and RTW checks, as well as offer letters and contracts of employment
*Drafting induction programmes for new starters and managing the annual appraisal process
*Assist as required with the recruitment of new employees
*Maintan accurate and up-to-date information across both finance and HR databases
Requirements
As a HR&Payroll Supervisor, you will need...
*Previous experience in a finance or HR position
*Excellent working knowledge of Sage Payroll system
*Good attention to detail and communication skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
