About the Role
A well-established and respected law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE to join its friendly Private Client team.

You will manage a varied caseload covering wills, probate and estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning. You will be confident handling matters independently, including high-value and more complex estates, while providing clear, practical advice and an excellent standard of client care.

Key Responsibilities
*Managing a broad caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate and estate administration
*Advising clients on estate planning, inheritance tax mitigation and trusts
*Preparing wills, lasting powers of attorney, deeds of variation, gifts and family arrangements
*Obtaining grants of probate and dealing with the administration of estates
*Preparing estate accounts and associated legal and financial documentation
*Advising on the creation and administration of trusts and Deputyship Orders
*Corresponding with the Probate Registry, Land Registry, Office of the Public Guardian, Solicitors and other third parties
About You
You will ideally have:
*Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, with 2–6 years’ PQE in Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
*Experience across a broad range of Private Client matters
*Confidence dealing with high-value and complex estates
*Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and powers of attorney
